Job summary

Arrows is seeking top-tier engineers to help build AI products. You will lead the development of algorithms that push the limits of LLMs, create high-scale evaluation pipelines, and advance prompt engineering to maximize model efficacy.

You’ll work across the stack (Python, Postgres, React) to ensure research translates into a seamless user experience while contributing to rapid growth of the platform used by global IP teams.

Qualifications

• Expert Python skills with experience shipping AI solutions.
• Proven track record shipping algorithms or evaluation pipelines.
• Hands-on prompt engineering and familiarity with modern LLM architectures.
• Experience across the full stack: Postgres, TypeScript, React.
• Clear communication of complex technical decisions.
