Job summary

MyTender.io is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to own the AI agent at the centre of our enterprise bid-management platform. You will ship features across Python backend services and React/TypeScript interfaces, delivering reliable, scalable capabilities for complex tenders.

You will work on agent frameworks, retrieval, memory, and context engineering, balancing fast iteration with quality and maintainability while collaborating with founders and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping customer-facing AI or LLM products into production.
• Strong Python engineering experience, alongside the ability to work across a wider product stack.
• A clear, structured approach to solving unfamiliar technical problems.
• Genuine curiosity around agent frameworks, models and new approaches within applied AI.
• The judgement to balance fast iteration with reliability, quality and maintainable systems.
• Strong communication and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
