Job summary

Few&Far is seeking an AI Engineer to advance agentic workflows in AI drug discovery, focusing on rare diseases. You will build and refine agentic tools that help scientists generate high-value hypotheses and integrate agents with internal knowledge sources to reason over evidence.

You will join an existing infrastructure, grow ownership of workflows, and collaborate with scientists to understand needs, applying your Python and ML engineering skills in a remote-friendly UK setting.

Qualifications

• Shipped LLM-agentic systems that deliver real value in production.
• At least 2 years of software or ML engineering experience with clean, tested Python.

Responsibilities

• Building and refining agentic workflows that help scientists generate testable hypotheses.
• Translating discovery problems into agent designs and evaluating where agents add value.
• Integrating agents with internal knowledge sources to reason over evidence.
• Expanding and maintaining GenAI tooling as the team and ecosystem evolve.
