You will collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to translate business needs into scalable AI systems, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years hands-on AI/ML development.
• Proven production AI delivery experience.
• Strong Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on Generative AI, LLMs (GPT/Claude/Llama) and prompts.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector DBs (FAISS/Pinecone/ChromaDB/Weaviate).
• Familiar with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS, GCP).
• Strong English communication (B2+).

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer with 3–4 years of hands‑on AI experience to design, build, and run production AI solutions for enterprise clients.

• Design, build, and deploy AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Develop LLM-based applications using RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Build AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Deploy AI services to production using Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Apply responsible AI, security, and privacy best practices across solutions.
• Work with product, engineering, and client teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions to production.
• Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (such as GPT, Claude, and Llama), and prompt engineering.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (such as FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate).
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and English level B2 or higher.

• Experience building AI agents and multi‑agent systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Arabic-language AI solutions.
• AI certifications, such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or AWS Machine Learning Specialty.
