Job summary

Hitachi ABB Power Grids seeks an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to manage AI project delivery across global capabilities. You will plan, lead, and drive use cases with cross-functional teams, ensuring scope, time, and budget alignment.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in delivery roles, strong communication, and a solid AI background. A Scrum Master certification and domain experience are a plus in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager, preferably delivering AI projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Solid understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
Domain experience in Engineering, Finance, Marketing & Sales, or Physical AI is a plus.
Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI use cases and projects within the assigned capability area.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sponsors to ensure proper execution.
Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
Manage external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate status to stakeholders and senior management.
Provide leadership to multinational project teams.
