Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of AI delivery workstreams and keep teams aligned to priorities.

• Act as deputy to the Head of Data Science & AI Delivery and provide leadership continuity.

• Take technical delivery accountability from concept through deployment and production.

• Lead AI solution architecture, design reviews, and production-readiness assessments.

• Establish engineering standards, reusable patterns and best practices for AI delivery.
• 0
• Provide guidance on solution design, model selection and architecture.
• 0
• Remain hands-on with Python during critical phases andPOC work.
• 0
• Review code and outputs to maintain high engineering quality.

• Design and deliver Generative AI/LLM solutions, including RAG, prompts, and vector search with Azure services.

• Define engineering approaches for LLM apps, agentic AI, ML solutions and AI platforms.

• Establish strong MLOps practices including versioning, testing, deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.

• Ensure security, governance, scalability and operational support requirements.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for business value and work with teams for end-to-end delivery.
