The role sits at the intersection of biostatistics, AI and scientific software, ensuring scalable, interpretable, and regulation-compliant solutions for decision-making in validated environments. Collaborative and mentorship duties are included.

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, ML, Data Science, CS or related field, or Master's with relevant experience.
• Strong foundation in statistical inference, study design and uncertainty quantification.
• Experience with model validation, calibration and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Make statistical models accessible to AI workflows via interfaces and model services.
• Ensure statistical integrity of AI-enabled solutions in regulated environments.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled scientific applications integrating statistics and ML.
• Develop agentic workflows that retrieve evidence and support interpretation.
