Job summary

Geomiq in London seeks a Senior AI Automation Engineer to build internal AI systems and automate critical workflows. You will work with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to map processes, identify bottlenecks and ship autonomous solutions across the business.

This hands-on role requires delivering production automations with n8n, developing AI agents using leading LLMs, and integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and SQL. You’ll prototype, measure impact and scale successful solutions.

Qualifications

• Real AI agents and automations, not just experiments.
• Proficient with n8n and building production automations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Comfortable working with SQL to analyze data and identify opportunities.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript for quick scripting tasks.
• Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and related tooling.
• Ability to solve operational problems beyond pure technical work.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Curious, pragmatic and focused on improving how work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready automations using n8n.
• Develop AI agents using GPT, Claude, Gemini and other LLMs.
• Connect internal systems via APIs, webhooks and databases.
• Design autonomous workflows that reduce manual work.
• Build internal tools to improve productivity across departments.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand problems and rapidly deliver solutions.
• Use SQL and data analysis to identify automation opportunities.
• Prototype quickly, measure impact and continuously improve.
