Deerfoot IT Resources Limited seeks a Senior AI Assurance Consultant to shape how organisations adopt AI safely at scale in the UK. You will define AI assurance frameworks and lead risk assessments across the lifecycle, partnering with product, engineering, security and compliance teams.

The role offers hybrid working in London, Manchester or Glasgow with a competitive £60k-£80k salary plus bonus and benefits, reflecting seniority and market norms.

Formación

• Experience in AI risk management and assurance across model performance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience embedding AI governance across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Ability to conduct AI risk and impact assessments and assurance reviews in regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management; translate technical concepts to risk-based recommendations.
• Strong understanding of AI monitoring and observability (drift detection, post-deployment assurance).

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver AI assurance frameworks covering fairness, safety, privacy, and governance.
• Lead AI risk, impact and control assessments across business, legal and regulatory domains.
• Embed risk management from use-case selection to retirement in the AI lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, security, legal and compliance teams.
• Establish monitoring and incident management to ensure ongoing performance and safety.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide AI transformation and growth of the AI Strategy practice.
