Job summary

This hands-on role requires shipping agentic AI systems and robust backend services in Python or TypeScript, with strong cloud and Kubernetes expertise.

You’ll work directly with customers to understand problems, own major technical decisions, and contribute to product roadmaps with a high degree of ownership.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on AI product development and agentic systems.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with async Python and libraries like httpx.
• Experience with Kubernetes and serverless architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI products end-to-end from architecture through to production.
• Design and develop agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications.
• Develop robust backend services using Python or TypeScript with an emphasis on async Python.
• Work hands-on with asyncio, coroutines, httpx, AsyncOpenAI and production-grade error handling.
• Develop scalable systems using modern cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes, serverless and distributed systems.
• Integrate AI products with CRMs, event-driven platforms and external APIs.
• Work directly with customers to understand problems, scope solutions and deliver impactful products.
• Take significant ownership in an early-stage startup environment, influencing product and technology.
