Searchable is seeking a senior SEO & AEO lead to own the strategy for Searchable.com, hands-on and accountable for results.

You will report to the Head of Marketing (and CEO) and work across Content, Digital PR, YouTube and Growth to turn insights into practical actions.

This internal role focuses on our own visibility, sharing tests with the customer AEO team and feeding product improvements back to the Product team, while mentoring colleagues and spreading SEO knowledge.

Formación

• Strong SEO and AEO knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Ability to analyse search performance across engines and AI platforms.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across content, PR, social and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical SEO for Searchable.com including site structure, crawlability, indexing and performance.
• Analyse performance across search engines and AI platforms and identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-channel strategies with Content, Digital PR, YouTube and Growth teams.
• Train and transfer SEO knowledge across the company and document learnings.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve visibility.
