Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced AEM Developer to join our London-based team. You will architect and optimize multilingual web platforms built on Adobe Experience Manager, collaborate with marketing and technology stakeholders, and translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for templates, components, and workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience with on-prem Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x) in an enterprise environment.
Deep understanding of AEM architecture including replication and dispatcher behavior.
Experience supporting multi locale implementations.
Experience with enterprise DAM systems.
Strong communication and collaboration with marketing and technology stakeholders.
Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into precise documentation.

Responsibilities

Define requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for web templates, components, and workflows.
Review and test component behavior and govern publishing processes.
Support technical execution of web releases and new web solutions across locales.
Troubleshoot AEM and related platforms to ensure reliable, localized delivery and performance.
