TC Group is seeking an experienced CAS Senior Advisor to join the Stanley office. You will manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality management accounting, financial reporting and business advisory services. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide valuable financial insights to support growth while overseeing junior team members.

The role is primarily based at our Stanley office, with occasional working days from our Ferryhill office, and offers hybrid working after probation.

Qualifications

• Portfolio management experience in an accountancy practice.
• Leadership experience coaching junior staff.
• Strong client advisory and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as trusted advisor and primary contact.
• Lead the preparation and review of management accounts and reporting.
• Oversee cloud accounting implementations and migrations.
• Coach and develop junior team members ensuring quality and compliance.
