Job summary

Google's gTech Professional Services team seeks a seasoned engineering leader to drive technical programs and client collaboration in the UK. You will lead a team, align priorities with business goals, and surface reusable solutions for advertiser and publisher customers.

You will design data-driven solutions compliant with policies, build domain expertise in evolving spaces, and contribute to cloud data engineering within virtualized environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience in technical leadership, including leading business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team; set and communicate priorities aligned to organizational goals; provide feedback and coaching.
• Work with clients to understand objectives and challenges; identify gaps and surface opportunities for reusable solutions.
• Design and implement solutions meeting client needs; ensure compliance with data and legal policies.
• Develop subject matter expertise in trending spaces and industry nuances.
