Senior Administrator – Management Information Services (MIS)

Salary: £23,885 to £25,042 per annum, plus excellent benefits.

Contract Type: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Fixed term contract until 31st August 2026.

Location: Paignton, Devon

Role Overview

The Management Information Services team is a busy, customer‑focused environment supporting cross‑college initiatives. The MIS and funding team support the wider college throughout each stage of the learner journey, including systems/process development, curriculum planning and monitoring. This role will provide essential administration to achieve these objectives, designing and implementing efficient processes to ensure audit and ILR compliance, and building supportive relationships with college staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the MIS and funding team across the learner journey.
  • Design and implement efficient processes for data management and reporting.
  • Ensure audit and ILR compliance of college data.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with college staff.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in a busy administrative role.
  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification beneficial.
  • Experience with databases and systems, confident in data entry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a large team.
