A leading international bank is seeking a Senior Administrator for their Intermediaries Office in Newcastle. The successful candidate will provide operational support and work with multiple teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in delivering client outcomes. Strong experience in investment management is essential, along with excellent communication skills. The role supports flexible working options and has room for professional development.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Intermediaries Office in either Cardiff or Newcastle as a Senior Administrator.
This role reports to the Wealth and Investments, Intermediaries Senior Manager and will support the Intermediaries business in delivering the team’s objectives and supporting new initiatives. The Intermediaries Office, Senior Administrator will work closely with colleagues across the Intermediary Channel, Client Facing Business Management, Regional Business Managers and Senior Business Managers.
The role holder will provide operational support and be able to gain a deep understanding of Intermediary BAU processes. They will support the Intermediary Operations Manager and, when required, the Business Engagement & Initiatives manager with change initiatives, and in seeking process efficiency and innovation.
