We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Senior Administrator to join our experienced Executive Compensation Services team. This role offers the opportunity to specialise in a niche, growing area while developing future leadership skills.
You will act as the day-to-day contact for a varied portfolio of clients, including key accounts, supported by a Client Director or Manager. Responsibilities include administering incentive structures, managing workloads independently, maintaining accurate client records, meeting regulatory requirements, and delivering a high standard of client service. You will build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers, and over time may supervise and mentor junior team members.
