Our client is an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund, and corporate administration services, seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting the management of entities across multiple jurisdictions, including Guernsey, Jersey, and South Africa. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with jurisdictional deadlines and oversee the completion of all regulatory and filing obligations for corporate entities. This position is full time, playing a pivotal role in enhancing operational processes and ensuring data quality. The Senior Administrator will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, set up meetings, and maintain important documentation. The role also involves proactive administrative support and will require a commitment to confidentiality and professional representation of the client at all times. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of relevant experience and a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies within the team.

Job Duties
  • Support the team in keeping all managed entities in good standing, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional deadlines.
  • Oversee the completion of all regulatory and filing obligations for corporate entities.
  • Provide proactive company secretarial support, including setting up meetings and collating board packs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on deliverables and monitor board actions.
  • Offer administrative support for internal forums/committees as needed.
  • Maintain data for in-house entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all relevant databases.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the Group Policy & Process Framework, using MetaCompliance.
  • Maintain a central storage location for key in-house statutory documentation, ensuring currency.
  • Support the maintenance of the group contracts register.
  • Review the Approved Document Library to ensure documents are current and accurate.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO's office as required.
  • Engage in constructive collaboration and communication with internal groups.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in trust and company, fund, company secretarial, or legal roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and grammar skills with an attention to detail.
  • The ability to work sensitively across different jurisdictional cultures.
  • Proactive in identifying and implementing technology-driven efficiencies.
  • A Levels or BTEC equivalent; studying towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g., Corporate Governance Institute, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
  • Commitment to maintain confidentiality and follow relevant operating procedures.
