Job description

We are seeking to hire a Senior Administrator in our Cardiff office to work as part of our team of Professional Administrators to provide an effective and flexible service to support the general office, technical teams, managers, and groups. You will undertake a variety of tasks in addition to providing guidance to less experienced members of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee reception duties, coordinate maintenance and security, manage supplies, and liaise with contractors such as cleaners.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff, organize engagement events, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Support health, safety, and environmental compliance, conduct inspections, and assist with emergency planning.
  • Raise purchase orders, reconcile expenses, and manage staff engagement budgets.
  • Provide technical team support through meeting coordination, document preparation, and travel arrangements, while contributing to client development by assisting with CRM updates and event organization.
  • Ensure overall effective communication, efficient office operations, and a positive experience for both colleagues and visitors.
About You

This role requires a proactive, organized, and professional individual who can manage a variety of administrative, facilities, and people-related responsibilities while maintaining a positive and calm attitude under pressure.

You will need to demonstrate that you have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

You will have strong communication and organisational skills, alongside a high degree of self‑management, initiative, reliability, and flexibility to ensure that the best possible service is given to internal and external clients.

We require our administration team to be in the office for their full working week.
