The ideal candidate will manage various tasks, oversee reception duties, assist with onboarding, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. We are seeking to hire a Senior Administrator in our Cardiff office to work as part of our team of Professional Administrators to provide an effective and flexible service to support the general office, technical teams, managers, and groups. You will undertake a variety of tasks in addition to providing guidance to less experienced members of the team.
This role requires a proactive, organized, and professional individual who can manage a variety of administrative, facilities, and people-related responsibilities while maintaining a positive and calm attitude under pressure.
You will need to demonstrate that you have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
You will have strong communication and organisational skills, alongside a high degree of self‑management, initiative, reliability, and flexibility to ensure that the best possible service is given to internal and external clients.
We require our administration team to be in the office for their full working week.
