Job summary

Mossbourne Community Academy seeks a Senior Administrative Officer to lead the administrative team and deliver a highly professional and efficient service to the Academy and its community.

The role involves central coordination of administrative matters, advising on best practices, and acting as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will support continuous improvement and work closely with the Principal’s Office.

  • Strong communication with pupils, parents, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of administrators and provide a professional, efficient organisational service to the Academy.
  • Act as central coordinator for administrative matters and advise the Principal’s Office as needed.
  • Provide a courteous, first-point-of-contact service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
  • Collaborate with the PA to the Principal to implement new ways of working when applicable.

Mossbourne Community Academy seeks to appoint a Senior Administrative Officer

  • Mossbourne Herd Lane Academy (MHLA) primary, Thurrock
  • Mossbourne Parkside Academy (MPA) primary, Hackney
  • Mossbourne Port Side Academy (MPSA) secondary, Thurrock
  • Mossbourne Riverside Academy (MRA) primary, Hackney
  • Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy (MVPA) secondary, Hackney

Leading a team of administrators and providing a highly professional, efficient and effective organisational service to the Academy in liaison with, when necessary, to the PA to the Principal. Providing a central co-ordinating role, advice and guidance on administrative matters and implementing new ways of working, when applicable. Providing a professional and courteous first point of contact service to academy pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
