Job description
Responsibilities

Lead the pipeline management process in respect to the FI business plan and FI scorecard targets. Monitor and accurately report FI scorecard results and provide result forecasts and commentary to senior management. Prepare updated FI business presentation for team meetings. Proactively liaise with FI project teams for pipeline reconciliation and management purposes.

Assist with the statistical and forecasting information for the preparation of annual business planning and scorecard team targets.

Maintain an overview of the FI portfolio, pipeline and signings and ensure information systems such as DTM, BPN and Monarch have FI project related data accurately recorded and reported. Liaise with relevant teams, as required.

Manage the upcoming approval pipeline - prepare the weekly report for senior FI and Risk management and work with OLs to provide a uniform flow of projects.

Support FI Portfolio Manager and FI Business Leaders with the FI Credit Risk Envelope process and with the provision of counterparty exposure data.

Undertake regular portfolio management related administrative tasks such as GET portfolio report, overdue payments report, TIMS / TOMS follow-up as well as ad-hoc reporting and analytical tasks covering a broad range of criteria for institutional reporting and business purposes.

Assist with the preparation and submission of the annual Financial Intermediaries Report, providing data, charts and co-ordinating report content.

Support FI Portfolio Managers with the recording and reporting of operational risk incidents and completing entries in OneSumX. Provide quarterly reporting on the key risk indicators.

Support the FI team with using IT systems such as DTM, BPN and Tableau.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Work experience - At least 1-year relevant experience in an international financial institution or donor organisation. Experience of the financial sector, working with banks and / or non-bank financial institutions would be an advantage.

Academic Qualifications - Good relevant degree from a leading university in the country of education.

Technical Skills - Advanced level of Excel, proficient at PowerPoint and Word. Tableau or other data visualisation skills would be an advantage.

Internal candidates to have a thorough knowledge of the Bank's procedures, policies and of institutional working practices. Knowledge of the following systems desirable ? DTM, Monarch, Business Performance Navigator and Tableau.

Accuracy - Strong numerical skills paying close attention to detail and high accuracy is critical.

Team Working - Ability to work cooperatively within a small team in a multicultural environment, building effective working relations with colleagues.

Planning & Organising - Self-motivated, ability to work to and meet tight deadlines and to plan and organise work unsupervised in a logical and efficient manner.

Communication Skills - Ability to communicate appropriate, concise and accurate information in verbal and written formats, appropriate to the audience at the time.
