Job summary

A leading global healthcare firm is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive support for the Vice President and the Global Pricing team. This role involves organizing travel, managing complex diaries, and supporting new hire recruitment. Ideal candidates should have proven administration experience, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This contract position offers flexibility with three days onsite and two days work from home.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage complex diaries and travel arrangements.
  • Experience in a pharma environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support for the Vice President of Global Value and Access.
  • Organize global travel arrangements including visas and accommodation.
  • Manage multiple diaries across various time zones.
  • Coordinate new hires recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Track and manage purchase orders and expenses.

Contract: 9 month
Location: Stockley Park Uxbridge (x3 days onsite, x2 days WFH)
Hourly Salary: £27.00 – £29.00 (via Umbrella)

Opportunity

ISR is working with a global healthcare business and is looking to attract a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their highly successful team based at Stockley Park to cover a maternity leave. There may be potential for a longer term position for a great candidate who performs well and lives their values.

Skills and Experience
  • Proven administration experience within a fast‑paced international organization supporting senior level management
  • Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and coordinate with other admin team members in California (8 hrs)
  • Previous experience working in a pharma environment an advantage but not essential
  • Experience with data management and MS Office (advanced Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
  • Forward‑thinking with excellent communication and high‑level organisational skills
  • This role requires high levels of accountability, integrity and the ability to be an excellent team player
  • Resilience and calmness under pressure will be a distinct advantage in this role
Role and Responsibilities
  • Executive assistant support for Vice President of Global Value and Access and support to Global Pricing team (9 people)
  • Organization of global travel arrangements (flights, visas, transfers and accommodation)
  • Multiple complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Support with the coordination of the team's new hires recruitment and on‑boarding
  • Management of purchase order creation, tracking and receipting
  • Processing of expenses for senior team members via Concur
  • Document management (use of Contract Management System)
  • With other team administrators update the team's SharePoint homepage on the intranet
  • Attend team meetings, prepare agenda and take minutes when/if required
  • Assist with additional ad‑hoc duties for own teams and team administrators when required
  • Cover for team administrators when out of office
