Actual Annual Salary: £11,688 - £12,600, 17.5 hours per week, term time only + insets
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £28,859 – £31,111 (CLF Grade C). Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.
Contract type: Permanent, Term Time Only + Insets
Hours: Part-time, working Monday – Wednesday (days of the week are flexible and can be discussed at interview)
Provisional Start Date: 26 January 2026
We are looking for a Senior Administration Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Digitech Studio School. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
Under the guidance of senior staff, the Senior Administration Assistant will provide high quality administrative, clerical and organisational support to the academy. You will be expected to have administrative responsibility and may be expected to take the lead role in the administrative support for a specific area. Within the scope of the role, you will work proactively to find solutions where required. At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy.

You will:
Digitech delivers a specialised curriculum for 14 to 19-year-olds, where we offer progression into the creative digital and high-tech sectors. We are located in Warmley, on the outskirts of Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Studio schools are small by design, and we only take 90 students into each year group. This allows us to meet the needs of students in a personalised way.
Digitech Studio School has been on an enormous improvement journey over the past few years which has seen outcomes consistently improve year-on-year with all indicators.
