Overview

We are looking for a competent part-time/full-time Senior Admin/Receptionist, with a minimum experience of 1 year within NHS GP services (preferably Systm1 user).

You will need to be able to work within a busy team environment but also to use your own initiative and work on your own when necessary.

You will ideally need a good working knowledge of NHS focused software, SystmOne. You will be dealing with patients, as well as outside agencies, accessing the service both on the telephone and face to face, therefore you will need to have good communication skills.

Main duties of the job
  • To be able to help with insurance, private reports
  • Community and Hospital referrals (eRS referral)
  • Inviting patients for their regular check-up
  • Customer service telephone manners
  • Able to deal with outside companies, IT help desk, stock ordering
  • Assist management team
  • Assisting with practice complaints and patient queries
  • Registrations
  • Maintaining petty cashflow
  • Triaging eConsults
  • Good knowledge of Systm1 and Accurx
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Manage office inventory
