A leading financial institution is seeking an Administrator to join the Banking team in Jersey for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, monitor services, and assist with performance data collection. The role offers a hybrid work model with some flexibility for remote work.
What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Banking, Payment and Reconciliation Oversight team in Jersey for a 12 month fixed term contract. As an Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support to the Banking, Payment and Reconciliation team, business lines and Malaysian Operations.
Some of your responsibilities will include, actively monitoring the services delivered by the Malaysian team, assisting with the collection of key performance/risk indicator data across our outsourced activities and support with the development of change requests or process changes to bring efficiencies across the operational teams.
RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
