This position entails providing support to the risk leadership team, maintaining the Group's Risk Appetite, and assessing technological enhancements in risk management. Candidates should have a strong background in life insurance products, extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and excellent leadership skills. Formación

• In-depth understanding of life insurance products, especially BPA and annuities.
• Technical expert with a track record of delivering ORSA and Stress and Scenario Testing.
• Detailed knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Solvency UK, IFRS 17, UK GAAP).
• Good understanding of non-financial risks and operational resilience.
• Excellent people leadership and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the risk leadership team in delivering the annual ORSA and Recovery and Resolutions plans.
• Maintain the Group's Risk Appetite, Stress and Scenario Testing and other key Line 2-owned frameworks.
• Assess how technology and AI can enhance effectiveness and efficiency of risk management.
