A leading retirement business in London is seeking an Actuarial Analyst. This role involves conducting pricing analysis and providing insights to influence commercial decisions. Ideal candidates will have a strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Power BI. Salary and benefits: £40,500 to £63,000 plus discretionary bonus, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

We are seeking a commercially minded individual who is eager to advance their career in a pricing role and gain hands‑on experience in the rapidly growing individual annuity market. The work you do will directly influence key commercial decisions and have a tangible impact on our potential customers.
As a key member of the team, you will be involved in a wide range of actuarial and pricing activities across our Lifetime and Fixed‑Term Annuity products. This includes deepening our understanding of customer behaviour and contributing to the pricing strategy to ensure we meet the Group’s financial targets and growth ambitions.
