Job Description
  • Oversee and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collection activity.
  • Perform detailed reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Produce receivables reporting for internal stakeholders, supporting wider financial reporting requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve complex payment and billing issues.
  • Maintain robust documentation and audit trails.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance control, efficiency, and data quality.
