With a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and continuous growth, the firmisseeking a Senior Client Manager to join the team and contribute to theirsuccess.

The role:

As a Senior Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring that clients receive excellent service. Full training will be provided with regards to the unique accounting requirements of their niche client base.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing a portfolio of niche tech clients.
• Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents.
• Providing strategic financial advice and guidance to clients.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and upselling.
• Managing and mentoring a team of accountants, guiding their professional development.
• Working closely with Directors to drive business growth.

Qualifications and requirements:

• ACA or ACCA qualification is essential.
• Previous experience within an Accountancy Practice, particularly in a client-facing role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.Team leadership and mentoring experience is a plus.
