The Role

Client Portfolio & Relationship Management

Prepare statutory accounts and comprehensive management accounts for diverse client base
Manage client relationships and portfolios with direct responsibility for service delivery
Handle VAT returns and compliance work with precision and efficiency
Deliver business advisory services to support client growth and strategic development

Technical Excellence & Team Leadership

Support audit processes and year-end procedures with technical expertise
Mentor junior team members providing guidance training and career development support
Collaborate on complex projects requiring advanced technical knowledge
Contribute to practice development through process improvement and client service enhancement

What Youll Bring

Essential Qualifications & Experience

AAT qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE) with strong technical foundation
3-5 years UK practice experience in accounts preparation and client management
Strong technical knowledge across statutory accounts management accounts and compliance procedures
Proficiency with accounting software (Sage Xero QuickBooks and other platforms)
