Job summary

DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a qualified accountant to join our UK finance team in London. The role centers on regulatory reporting, quarterly EU/UK returns, and production of monthly and annual financial statements.

You will maintain reconciliations, document internal policies, and liaise with auditors and external consultants, working closely with other DRW teams. ACA or equivalent and strong data skills are essential, with attention to detail and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant, ACA or equivalent, minimum 1-year post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical acumen; ability to learn new tools and work with large data sets to produce high quality reporting.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks and projects autonomously.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Preferably prior EU/UK Prudential regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily reporting and monitoring of capital adequacy and key ratios.
• Preparation of quarterly regulatory returns for EU and UK regulated entities.
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Maintain reconciliations and supporting documentation to financial statements.
• Documentation of internal policies and procedures.
• Liaising with external parties such as auditors and consultants.
• Work closely with other DRW teams.
