Senior Account Marketing Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager ready to take the lead on fully integrated digital campaigns?

We’re looking for a commercially minded, AM/SAM who’s ready to shape and deliver multi-channel digital campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and engagement across large volume B2C channels.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing end-to-end digital marketing projects, has strong client or stakeholder management skills, and brings experience across content, digital, SEO, video, Paid and social media with a clear focus on ROI.

What you’ll be doing:


You’ll lead the development and execution of digital-first campaigns with clear objectives and measurable results. From content strategy and SEO optimisation to video storytelling and web journeys — you’ll bring together the moving parts to deliver marketing that performs.

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across content, video, social, and web
  • Own and evolve the content strategy, from calendar planning to performance tracking
  • Drive SEO visibility through content optimisation and keyword strategy
  • Collaborate with design/video teams to bring case studies and service stories to life
  • Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and clinical teams
  • Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insight to shape future work

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role (agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns that deliver results
  • Strong digital know-how: SEO, analytics, CRM, content journeys
  • Creative and commercial mindset — you know how to connect strategy with execution
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and collaborating cross-functionally
  • CMS and SEO tools experience (e.g., WordPress, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.)
