In this role you will be responsible for providing technical wordings support to business areas, supporting day-to-day account servicing, and generating MRCs and endorsements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with and providing technical wordings support to the business, brokers and other team members
  • Supporting the overall servicing of the client’s insurance placement
  • Generating MRCs and endorsements/certificates/verification of insurance
  • Creating wordings and other client documentation
  • Checking documentation for accuracy prior to issuance to clients
  • Creating, maintaining and updating templates
  • Working with document management system
  • Loading documents and handling the PPL sign off process
  • Creating tax schedules & liaising with central tax team regarding complex tax schedules or requirements
  • Working with Close Premium Finance
  • Working with IBA and TSG teams regarding invoicing and cash collection and credit control processes
Candidate Profile
  • Strong knowledge of Professional Indemnity insurance wordings
  • Previous experience of handling complex UK or US Professional Indemnity business
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory controls and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and ability to build strong working relationships for commercially effective outcomes
