Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or account management within Telecoms and IT.
  • Sound understanding of modern workplace solutions, ideally Microsoft-based.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build long-term relationships to support client success.
  • Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewals.
  • Identify new opportunities within accounts to drive revenue.
