Senior Account Manager - Client Services (Direct Mail Industry)

Pin Point Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading organisation in the direct mail and data-driven communications industry, currently seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their Client Services team based in Dagenham.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and upcoming projects.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services within existing accounts.
  • Proactively present new ideas, products, and strategies to clients to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of direct mail and data-led marketing projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Coordinate with internal production and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Develop and implement account strategies that align with client business objectives.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and industry updates to position the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain confidence and trust.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Support the creation of tailored solutions for complex campaigns.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and positive first experience.
  • Provide training and support to help clients maximise the value of the company's services.
  • Stay informed about direct mail and print industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to support client development and strategic planning.
