Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage high-value client accounts acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account development plans that align with client goals and objectives ensuring long-term success.
  • Manage the successful execution of complex projects ensuring alignment with client expectations timelines and budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts presenting tailored solutions and services to increase revenue.
  • Mentor junior account managers and support their professional development through guidance and training.
  • Lead on active tenders and be responsible for the creation of artefacts required to support these new opportunities.
  • Nurture and grow a number of business development accounts in the short-to-medium term.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Demonstrable experience managing accounts and developing new business within the Cybersecurity or Complex Technology Solutions space
  • Experience in responding to government tenders.
  • Familiarity with the main government frameworks such as G Cloud and CCS and of assessment criteria including the government Social Value model.
  • Proven ability to manage large complex accounts and drive client success.
