Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will identify and close new business opportunities, represent our products and services with confidence, and build trusted relationships with clients across the legal and professional services industries. Leveraging your sales expertise you will engage prospects, deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations, and consistently exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning, proactive lead generation, and execution of tailored sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to foster trust, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets through disciplined and strategic execution.
  • Develop and implement effective territory plans informed by data insights and market trends.
  • Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing, account management, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and messaging.
  • Partner with onboarding and implementation teams to ensure a smooth post-sale transition, maximizing product adoption and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking opportunities, client interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  • Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge to remain competitive and effective in the field.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the legal technology industry.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Law, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
  • Strong aptitude for quickly learning and mastering product functionality to deliver high-impact demos and client training sessions.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
