The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of high-value clients. Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying commercial opportunities for growth. You’ll work closely with internal departments including Customer Experience, Sales, Operations, and Technology to ensure a seamless and value-driven experience for your accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling

Deliver regular business reviews, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to clients

Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise service delivery and resolve client issues promptly

Analyse client data and market trends to inform strategic planning and reporting

Support internal teams during peak trading periods and contribute to process improvements

Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to protect and grow client relationships

About You
5+ years of account management experience in logistics, e-commerce, or a related sector

Demonstrated success in growing and retaining client accounts

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset

Strong commercial awareness and confidence in negotiations

A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to support client decisions
