Job summary

LSEG is seeking a Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive sales support across a portfolio of transactional accounts in Mexico City. You will understand the sales cycle and provide detailed guidance to support assigned accounts while maintaining clean Salesforce pipelines and coordinating with Customer Operations for deal execution.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the sales cycle and acquire detailed knowledge to effectively support assigned accounts.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene (renewals and gross) in Salesforce, ensure completion of all client administrative tasks, and collaborate with Customer Operations for deal execution and support.
  • Achieve at least average customer loyalty and satisfaction scores.
  • Engage proactively with clients and vendor partners to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Oversee client onboarding, following defined processes and recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Develop and complete Territory Plans to guide account strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, domain, and target personas
