Location: Yorkshire and Lincolnshire

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £34,000 per annum + car or car allowance.

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Cleaning Account Manager to join our Cleaning Division across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, overseeing cleaning operations in contracts across the education, retail and office space.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll use your strong interpersonal and leadership skills to support, mentor and develop a team of three Cleaning Account Managers, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be:
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with projects, reports, and audits
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Overseeing service delivery and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
  • Holding regular contract and specification review meetings with clients
  • Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are followed
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
  • Carrying out other reasonable tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or senior leadership
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll have:
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan and work under pressure
  • Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems within the cleaning or facilities industry
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working with education sector clients is desirable
  • A flexible, trustworthy, and innovative mindset
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
