Description

As a Senior Account Management Team Lead, you will coach, inspire and elevate a pod of Senior Account Managers and a Key Account Manager to deliver exceptional client outcomes and strong commercial performance.

This is a pivotal role in how we scale our Account Management function, combining strategic leadership, commercial acumen and people development to drive retention, growth and advocacy across our most valuable customers.

Key Responsibilities 🗝️
  • Lead and coach a pod of Senior Account Managers and a Key Account Manager (up to five in total).
  • Drive commercial performance, ensuring your team meets and exceeds targets for renewal, retention and expansion.
  • Coach for growth, helping team members develop commercial confidence, strategic thinking and account planning skills.
  • Guide strategic delivery across Gold, Protect and Crème accounts, ensuring long‑term customer value and advocacy.
  • Champion customer voices by surfacing feedback and collaborating cross‑functionally to improve product and service.
  • Embed best practice in forecasting, account mapping and risk management to ensure consistent execution and insight‑led decisions.
  • Report and forecast accurately, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations to the AM leadership team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 🚀
What You Bring 🛠️
  • Proven people leadership experience, ideally managing Account Managers or similar commercial teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with confidence in interpreting pipelines, identifying upsell opportunities and forecasting revenue.
  • Experience managing large or strategic B2B SaaS accounts with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Skilled coach and communicator, able to balance empathy with accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a high‑growth, evolving environment where structure and agility coexist.
  • Competence with CRM systems (for example, HubSpot) and strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience in HRTech, RecTech or related SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with customer health and success metrics.
  • A track record of developing high‑performing teams or introducing scalable playbooks.
  • A natural coach, passionate about unlocking others’ potential.
  • Commercially curious, always seeking smarter ways to deliver customer value and revenue impact.
  • Empathetic and accountable, balancing care for people with clarity on performance.
