As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll work closely with a knowledgeable team of handlers and account executives, supporting a diverse portfolio of cross-class commercial business with premiums ranging from SME up to Corporate led clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, providing high-level service, and is keen to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of commercial insurance renewals, mid-term adjustments and client queries.
  • Work across a variety of commercial classes including property, liability, motor, and more.
  • Support Account Executives with preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and insurers, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
