Our platform streamlines operations, enhances team management, and drives efficiency, enabling our clients to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team and drive the acquisition of mid-market and enterprise-level customers.

As a member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the UK market. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting high-value opportunities into long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact role with a focus on outbound strategies, leveraging your own network, attending events, building partnerships, and collaborating with our marketing, product and sales colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect new customers through your own network, outbound initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent and targeted outreach activities.
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions as the perfect fit.
  • Event Representation: Represent Bizimply at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to create tailored sales strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Sales Targets: Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas aligned with company objectives.
  • RFP Management: take the lead in coordinating, preparing and presenting RFPs/RFIs with prospects.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasts, and results in HubSpot, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS and/or the hospitality sector.
  • Networker: Established network within the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute outbound strategies to penetrate the market.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
  • Self‑Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
