Senior Account Executive (Payroll & EOR Solutions)

We are seeking a driven Senior Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our clients EMEA sales team.

You will be tasked with revenue generating activities for their Payroll / Employer of Record (EOR) services in the EMEA market.

In this role, you will identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and contribute to shaping their sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll and EOR sales targets in your assigned region.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities in the payroll and EOR space.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress towards goals.
  • Engage with prospects, assess their needs, and address concerns related to payroll and EOR solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and conduct market research.
Requirements:
  • Extensive B2B sales experience in the territory markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in Global Expansion / Payroll or EOR services is essential.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM software and relevant communication tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Awareness and appreciation for cultural differences.
  • Skilled at problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
