Description

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years’ experience within media, particularly digital, who is highly motivated and pro-active. The position ideally requires someone who is passionate about gaming and the games industry. We need an enthusiastic candidate who is accustomed to the pressures and quick turnarounds of account handling across all media channels. The candidate should have enthusiasm and a passion for the games they will be working on, as well as proficient knowledge across all media channels.

The candidate should have specific skills and experience in digital and offline campaign planning, with a proficient level of knowledge. Familiarity with insight tools such as TGI, AdDynamix, and YouGov would be beneficial.

The candidate should also be comfortable ensuring media bookings are accurately and promptly entered into the finance system, and that internal PO trackers and campaign laydowns are kept up to date.

Good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and a high level of client service are essential. Creativity and the willingness to propose innovative ideas to address client challenges are also important.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Primary Focus: Set-up, implement and optimize digital campaigns for gaming clients.

  • Ensure all digital campaigns are executed to an exceptional standard.
  • Assist in campaign planning and buying across the game division portfolio.
  • Trafficking digital campaigns accurately and on time.
  • Prepare reports based on advertising campaigns for clients.
  • Compile comprehensive competitive data reports with insights and analysis.
  • Manage daily client communications and build strong relationships.

General Work: Digital implementation and setup of gaming campaigns.

  • Adapt plans as circumstances change (release dates, budgets) and brief media owners accordingly.
  • Deliver all standard client requirements correctly and on time (contact reports, reviews, status reports).
  • Handle finance admin: bookings, PO tracker, media spend reconciliation.
  • Maintain understanding of client sectors and market trends.

Agency Responsibilities: Collaborate proactively with internal teams.

  • Attend regular game team meetings to share plans and insights.
  • Work with the Games Digital team to deliver innovative digital campaigns.
  • Share a passion for the games industry with Havas Entertainment teams.

Other Information

  • Office hours: 9.15am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • 25 days holiday per annum.
  • 4 days mental health allowance.
  • Full training provided after skills assessment.
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office per week.
