About the Role

Join our dynamic EMEA regional team at the heart of SCJ’s European operations. As the central hub, we play a pivotal role in connecting the dots between SCJ’s regional team in Switzerland, our OMG Local teams across 8+ markets, and our Global team in Chicago. We’re not just supporting, we’re driving transformation through our Acceleration business plan via OMG Design.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the integrated campaigns that help SCJ brands thrive across diverse markets, from creative launches to campaign activations.
  • Collaborate closely with local markets, creative agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Manage 1–2 brands with guidance from your manager, dive into Conversion Marketing, and contribute to financial tracking and reporting.
About You
  • Detail‑oriented, curious, and ready to learn.
  • Comfortable navigating creative launches, liaising with agencies and clients, and becoming a trusted point of contact for your brands.
  • Numerate, articulate, confident using MS Office tools, and able to update client files and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Excited to grow with a team that supports skill development and career building.

Working Pattern

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days working remotely), with standard hours 9:30 – 17:30 and flexible core hours 10:30 – 16:30. Employees can manage their workday to balance in-person connections with remote flexibility.
