Goal: Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across multiple sectors in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and mentor junior team members. You'll also attend networking events and collaborate with internal teams to provide the best solutions for clients.
Location
London, with a hybrid work setup (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
What you'll be doing
- Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting all verticals in the UK market
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product demos to pricing, negotiation, and closing.
- Work with our sales development team to close a high percentage of new leads
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of relevant opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product by working closely with our in-house training team, pre-sales, management and your peers
- Mentor and support junior Account Executives
- Liaise with Customer Success to ensure a smooth and professional handover happens between Trustpilot and the client
- Attend events to network and create leads, generating interest in the Trustpilot platform
- Work with our marketing team to identify leads gathered from webinars and events
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience selling complex Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to senior decision makers is required
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- A passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Familiarity with sales metrics and how to use them to plan for growth
- A desire to grow your skills whilst mentoring others
