As Senior Account Executive, you’re a key part of the Client Services team, supporting day-to-day project delivery, keeping everything running smoothly, and playing a key role in bringing campaigns to life.

Responsibilities –

  • Supporting Account Managers and Account Directors with day-to-day campaign delivery.
  • Managing timings, budgets and overall project admin to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation - status reports, meeting notes and monthly reports.
  • Keeping Account Managers updated on project progress to help manage client expectations.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients (directly or via your Account Manager).
  • Briefing and providing feedback to creative teams and external suppliers
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth running and effective delivery of communications and campaigns.
  • Contributing ideas in brainstorms, creative discussions and wider team meetings.
