Senior Account Executive. London Hybrid. Up to £35K

Are you a Senior Account Executive with a solid understanding of Digital and CRM marketing campaigns? If so, this could be the perfect next step for you. Joining this fast growing creative agency, you’ll be part of an ambitious, collaborative team working on exciting and diverse projects. This independent, down-to-earth creative agency values big ideas, teamwork, and great work that delivers results.

As Senior Account Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day running of key client accounts, helping to deliver campaigns that make an impact. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.

This Senior Account Executive’s responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Account Manager and wider team with day-to-day client management and communication.
  • Helping to manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinating with creative, production, and planning teams to keep projects on track.
  • Preparing client documents, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of integrated campaigns across channels (Digital and CRM).
  • Assisting with client presentations, research, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensuring all work meets client expectations and internal quality standards.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through clear and proactive communication.
Qualifications
  • Around 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with an integrated or creative agency.
  • A good understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and the creative process.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
  • Confidence using project management and collaboration tools.
  • A genuine passion for creative marketing and delivering great client service.
