A leading UK university is looking for a Senior Academic Skills Tutor to enhance its academic skills support service. This role involves delivering workshops, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality guidance for students across various programmes. The position requires strong academic support experience and digital proficiency. Hybrid working arrangements are available across multiple campuses, contributing to a dynamic, student-focused environment. Salary: £48,813 - £59,660 per annum

This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will be based 3 days a week at one of our North Campuses, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle. You will be allocated a location, aligned to your closest campus. However you will need to travel to the other Campuses as and when required.
The days of the week will need to be flexible in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

We have a Digital Library service, and provide academic skills support, and resources for students studying in English as an additional language.
We are looking for a Senior Academic Skills Tutor to support the Deputy Head of Library Services (Learning & Teaching) in the effective delivery of Arden University’s Academic Skills support service. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all students—across all levels and programmes—receive high-quality academic skills guidance that enhances their learning, confidence, and success.
